Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

All PullShields must remain unused, unopened, and sealed in their original cellophane packaging

Products with opened, removed, torn, or damaged cellophane packaging cannot be returned

The complete order must be returned in its original condition

The return must be approved by PullShield before it is shipped

Return Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
International returns must be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning the customer must prepay all return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs.
PullShield will not accept returns that require us to pay duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional delivery charges. Any such costs may be refused or deducted from the customer’s refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or removed from their original cellophane packaging will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the products and shipping packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
